You wobble, you fall, you rise - each time closer to your own light.

Most of us over estimate what we do in one week but we under estimate what we do in a year.

MINDSET

If you’d told me four years ago that I’d be teaching yoga, I would’ve said you were mad, not for the dream, but because my body felt too off, too misaligned, too stiff.
This morning it was just me and five empty mats, waiting, proof that every practice starts before anyone arrives.

The truth is, life reshapes us, slowly, then all at once. Step onto the mat and it happens there too: first you’re uncomfortable, then you wobble, then you fall… and then you rise, a little steadier, a little brighter. With each try, something inside turns toward the light, the part of you that’s been resting in the shadows.

Leaning into Human Design (I'm a Manifesting Generator), my authentic self gave me the courage to do the instructor course and to actually teach. Last night a client messaged me to say her life and body have transformed. That’s the gift: we become more, so we can give more.

What gifts in you are waiting to be revealed and shared with the world?
